West Ottawa Beginners Hockey (OWBH) is a non-contact, co-ed adult hockey league and training program in the Kanata/Ottawa West area designed for beginners, novices, and intermediate players to learn, practice, and play in a supportive environment. It focuses on skill development through weekly practices, 3-on-3 games and power skating.
